We are renovating a large hotel that had been empty apart from squatters, had major sanitation issues. The whole building needed a thorough clean before contractors could start their work as it was a health hazard.

I recently moved into a new house through the exchange process.
I was horrified when the previous tenants left the house in what can only be described as a disgusting state.
Without going into detail the smell was unbearable and i felt like crying at the work ahead.
